Killay Health & Fitness Club is a combination of a gym and spa with a beauty area. Our exclusive health club will offer fitness classes and a Gymnasium either through single use or a membership plan. Our brand new ,State of the art, spa includes sauna, steam room and heated loungers where gym hard workers can relax after a tough gym session. We also offer advanced personal training sessions and massage treatments to improve the body, mind and soul of our clients.
Our Beauty area focuses on improving the appearance of individuals and offers clients anti- wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers.

Monthly Single Direct debit: £32/Month
Monthly Due Direct Debit: £60/Month
Annual Pass: £320
One Month Pass: £40.99
Day Pass: £7
For any type of membership you would need to register online through the "Join Now" bottom, complete the forms and questionnaire. You will then see membership
types to choose and complete the payment.
Spa is not including in any type of membership but can be booked in advance and used for £10 pay as you go per person.

My skills and knowledge in the fitness industry have developed my confidence to interact with people of all ages and put together classes that suit a range of abilities. I love functional fitness so I am always looking for new ways to train so that I can run faster, jump higher and lift heavier things. I have always loved sharing my passion for fitness with others and take great pleasure in helping people achieve their goals whether or not they want to run a mile or run a marathon, so I'm always happy to help and tailor everyone's training plan to make sure they get the best out of every session with me.
Maddison has been practicing Yoga intensively for the last three years and qualified as a teaching while out in India a year ago.
Maddison takes the age and health conditions of her clients into the account carefully to ensure that the clients are doing the position properly.
At GB Yoga, the aim of the classes are to help clients improve flexibility and mobility in the muscles and joint while gaining overall strength throughout the body.
